NDIS & HCP

The Good Farm Shop is not a registered provider with the NDIS or Home Care Package (HCP).Β 

However, we do service some customers with HCP and NDIS plans.Β All orders must be placed via our website, and paid for in full at the time of ordering. An invoice is automatically generated and sent to the email provided, which may be used to claim back the subsidised portion from your plan manager or provider. Some customers require an invoice that states the 70%/30% split.Β On request, after the order is placed, we can provide this to you.

We are aware that the NDIS is making some changes, so please ensure that you check with your plan manager or provider to see if this is suitable and that you are eligible.Β
