A few important things for you to note:

GST

We only charge GST on some of our meals. According to the ATO's Food Industry Partnership Guidelines, meals that are fully prepared and only require heating and serving, such as our Cottage Pie, are classified as fully prepared meals and therefore attract GST. Conversely, meals that come with additional cooking instructions or serving suggestions, such as our Beef Ragu, do not attract GST. Meals that do have GST applied are displayed as GST inclusive on the portal. Your downloadable invoice will clearly indicate which items have had GST applied. In order to ensure compliance, we are currently amending some of our labels and these will be rolled out on all new meals. To place an order:

If you are familiar with our meals head to the quick order form tab. You can see out of stock items and inventory. You can select your products here and then head to the check out. If you are new here, check out the catalog to read up on the product descriptions and learn more about the ingredients and flavours.

Different meals are made throughout the week so you can expect inventory to be updated daily. If you need an ETA on out-of-stock meals, please email orders@thegoodfarmshop.com. Free shipping is available to orders over $250.

Delivery:

We dispatch 5 days a week and our third-party delivery team delivers 7 days (including weekends).

It is essential to provide a valid mobile number for delivery communication. We can't complete your order without one.

Our delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm. Please let us know of any days that delivery won't work for your business.

Tax Invoice:

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. There is a downloadable PDF Tax Invoice at the bottom of that email.
