We currently deliver to a great many postcodes across NSW, ACT, SA, QLD and VIC. You can check if we deliver to your postcode on the postcode validator on the homepage.

Delivery is $20 for all areas. Orders above $250 have free delivery.

We send off orders three times a week to post codes all over Australia and deliver 7 days a week. So chances are your box will arrive within 2-5 days from placing your order depending on where you are located. You can expect a text the night before delivery and a text after it lands on your door step.

Our boxes never leaved a chilled / frozen environment and we insulate our boxes.

We will do everything we can on our end to ensure you are aware of when your box is being delivered. Before delivery, if you have provided a number, you will receive a text, and another text once it has landed on your doorstep.

There does need to be some responsibility on the consumer's end. You can always specify days you would prefer it to be delivered, but if you are still unsure if you can be home to take receipt of your box, our service is probably not for you.

Sometimes people are not home when their box is delivered, which is why we insulate our boxes, to help keep them super cold. But please don't leave them for too long as they will thaw.

We dispatch 4 days a week, so you can order anytime and your box will be delivered between 2 and 5 days. (Except for some rural areas which may take longer).

We deliver 7 days a week, so if a certain day doesn't work for you please let us know on your order. You will receive a text the night before it is delivered and again after it is dropped on your doorstep.

Our boxes are all insulated and can be left for a SMALL amount of time on your doorstep for those who aren't home when their box arrives. Please don't leave it too long as they will thaw.

Yes you can. If you know there is a certain day you won't be home to receive your box, please let us know so we can schedule your box accordingly. You can add a note above your cart with preferred delivery days or reply to the confirmation email.

Yes you can. You still need to order online. Select the "pick up" option at check out to avoid the delivery fee.

It depends when you have placed your order. You will receive an email once your box is ready for pick up. Please note our kitchen pick up hours are between 7.30am and 1pm.

We deliver your meals frozen to extend the life and freshness. This does not effect the quality of meals, quite the opposite. Some meals will need defrosting, others you can put straight into the oven.

Once you thaw the meals out they will be fine in your fridge for at least 4-5 days. General rule of thumb is pretty much common sense - if you open it and it smells funky you've probably left it too long.

Yep! Subscribing gives your ultra convenience with a 5% discount. Plus after the 5th payment, you get upgraded to 10% off all renewals. Edit and cancel your order anytime with ease. To begin a subscription order, simply choose the "subscribe and save" option instead off "One-time purchase". You will need to select this option on each product you wish to subscribe to. You may choose between a monthly delivery or fortnight delivery.

Once you have placed your order you will be sent a subscription link where you can access your subscription portal. You can also access your subscription portal by clicking on the account tab (or person icon) on the top right of the shop. Then scroll down until you see "NEED HELP ACCESSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS? CLICK HERE". This will prompt you to pop in your email address and take you to the portal. If that fails, please email us at orders@thegoodfarmshop.com

Land and animal care

In a nutshell regenerative agriculture is a system of farming principles and practices that seeks to rehabilitate and enhance the entire ecosystem of the farm by placing a heavy premium on soil health with attention also paid to water management, fertilizer use, and more. It is a method of farming that improves the resources it uses, rather than destroying or depleting them. In addition to a long list of incredible benefits for farmers and their crops, regenerative agriculture practices help us fight the climate crisis by pulling carbon from the atmosphere and sequestering it in the ground.

Some Regen principals include:

Promoting biodiversity. Cover crops and crop rotation are two of basic principles of regen agriculture that lead to greater biodiversity. Eliminating or decreasing tillage. Reducing or eliminating the use of artificial fertilizers.Use regenerative grazing management for livestock.

No. Organic is about having no chemicals or pesticides on the land or crops. Whereas, Regen usually involves livestock and is more about the regeneration of the land through the management of livestock and farming practises. Which by default means minimal (if any) chemical, fertilisers, or herbicides.

Yes! Our cows spend their entire life on the farms, eating grass, and getting lots of Vit D from the sun. They don't spend a day in feedlots. Our supplier is the only company in Australia that is allowed to process the animals on the farm, which means no abbatoirs - and much less stress on the animals.

Yes! Our farmers care about their animals and make sure they have a very nice life right up until the moment they get killed. Sorry - but here's no avoiding that part. They roam freely over beautiful pastures, eat lush green grass and live pretty much stress-free. Some people will say you can’t love animals if you eat them, but we don’t agree. Cows bred and grown this way are so much better off than cows in feedlots so the more people who support this way of farming, the less cows there are in industrial-farmed feedlot situations, which is a horrible way for any sentient being to live.

About our farms

We source our beef produce from Provenir. Provenir are passionate about animal welfare and land care and have relationships with small family owned farms across Vic and NSW. Each of those farms are committed to regenerating the land and have a high ethical standard for their animals. We are proud to be one of the only ready-meal companies that use 100% pasture raised produce with a priority on animal welfare.

We source our chicken from Inglewood Organics. Inglewood Organic Chicken is grown free from chemical pesticides, herbicides and is GMO free. The chickens are not treated with antibiotics, hormones or medications – so you can feel confident that you are receiving clean, safe, and Certified Organic food.

We source our lamb from Integrity Meats. Luke and Pia Winder (Tathra Place Free Range) and Stuart and Amber McWilliam (BlackBirdandBeast) joined forces in 2022 to form Integrity Agriculture. Their absolute passion is using animals as a tool to regenerate farm ecosystems and sequester carbon. Not satisfied with simply producing chemical and pharmaceutical free protein, the families have opened Integrity Meats in Goulburn, a butcher shop nourishing its local community with local produce. It is very much a family business and without everyone's support, including the kids, the show would not go on!
