Meat V's Plant

We can get hung up on MEAT vs PLANT when it comes to what’s best for the environment and our health. Truth is, plant and/or animal production can contribute to the climate crisis just as both can be the solution.  It's about supporting a farmer or producer that has at the core of the values the soil, ecosystem and land/animal management.  It can be a dicey subject to navigate as folks can be polarised on either side of the divide but I personally don't think it needs to be.
