Bulletproof Coffee. Yes or No?


I’m a creature of habit, as I’m sure many of you are too. We like the familiar and the routine, too much chaos and disorder can throw a monkey wrench into our psyche. I’m one of those annoying people who loves a holiday (who doesn’t!?) but then begins to miss my home comforts like homemade food, my exercise routine, surf and….coffee…but not just any coffee, MY coffee!

Coffee is ubiquitous around the world but no one can make the coffee the way I love it. First of all, I have to have it hot which involves pre-warming my mug and blender…..my wife rolls her eyes at my morning coffee behaviour.

I began this morning the same way I have started every morning for as as long as I can remember, with a bulletproof coffee. Now, this could sound a little odd to some or even repulsive, and for coffee aficionados I'm sure its borderline blasphemy, but combining black coffee with fat can be a great thing. This is nothing new of course, ‘bulletproof coffee’ has been around for a long time.
