Adding FAT to your diet for weight loss!

Who would have thought ingesting fat would potentially help you LOSE weight and amplify health. This is not a statement that would have be widely accepted since the mid 1950's but thankfully nutritional science has evolved and as importantly, our perception/understanding of fat has evolved also. 

By infusing your morning coffee with fat (MCT oil + butter) you can significantly reduce cravings and ward-off hunger, essentially extending your fast (assuming you've fasting overnight since your last meal) for a few more hours.  This extension of your fasting window and the simultaneous reduction in feeding window has a plenitude of health promoting benefits.
