Subscribe & Save
What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is our way of rewarding customers who make good food a regular habit. Here's how it works:
- 5% off every order from your first subscription delivery
- 10% off from your 5th payment onwards, automatically applied
- Choose between fortnightly or monthly delivery
- Pause, edit or cancel anytime, no hoops to jump through
- Minimum of two subscription orders apply
- Easy access to your subscription portal through your Customer Hub - simply click the heart icon on the bottom left to open your hub.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I subscribe?
When adding a product to your cart, select "Subscribe & Save" instead of "One-time purchase." You'll need to select this option individually on each product you'd like to subscribe to. Then choose your preferred delivery frequency (fortnightly or monthly) and check out as normal.
How do I manage my subscription?
Once your first order is placed, you'll receive a subscription link via email to access your personal subscription portal.
You can also access it anytime by:
- Clicking the account icon (person icon) in the top right corner of the shop
- Click the access and edit my ongoing subscription.
- Enter your email address and you'll be taken straight to your portal
From there you can pause, edit, skip or cancel whenever you need to.
I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email.
Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, it's possible the email address entered at checkout had a typo. Contact us with your name and order details and we'll track it down for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order is with our courier, we're unable to make changes.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver all across Australia β NSW, ACT, TAS, VIC, QLD and SA. Use the postcode checker below to confirm we reach your door.
We don't currently deliver to WA or NT.
How is frozen food shipped safely?
We use eco-friendly insulation and an ice pack to keep your meals frozen safely during our cold chain transit. Everything is packed with care so it arrives at your door in perfect condition, ready to go straight into the freezer.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take quality seriously. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll be in touch.
What packaging is used
Our meals come in compostable PFAS-free packaging that is biodegradable, oven-proof, freezer-proof, microwave-safe, so they go straight from your freezer to the table without any fuss. We use eco-friendly insulation and an ice pack to keep everything frozen safely during transit, because good food deserves packaging that's as thoughtful as what's inside it.
