In a world hungry for change, the future of food begins in the soil.

This May, we’re gathering on the rolling grounds of Glenworth Valley for an afternoon that celebrates regenerative farming — not as a trend, but as a movement reshaping how we grow, cook and eat.

Set just over an hour from Sydney’s Northern Beaches and CBD, this intimate late lunch brings together a panel of regenerative farmers in conversation with Scott and Til, sharing honest insights into what it means to farm in partnership with nature.

As the discussion unfolds, chef Charly Pretet — founder of Terra Firma — will prepare a three-course feast cooked entirely over fire. Every ingredient thoughtfully sourced from regenerative and organic producers. Food as it should be: seasonal, elemental, deeply nourishing.

Cocktails will flow on arrival, followed by wines from Stoke Wines, a regenerative and organic winery whose philosophy mirrors the land beneath our feet.

This is more than a long lunch.

It’s a celebration of soil health, community, flavour and the future of food.

Come curious. Leave inspired.
