Organic Red Lentil Dahl (Serves 2)
Prepare to embark on a culinary journey as you savour the warm, comforting flavours of our Red Lentil Dahl. Each spoonful reveals a harmonious blend of tender red lentils cooked to perfection and infused with a fragrant combination of traditional Indian spices. Suitable for vegans.
Size: 500 (serves 2)
Cooking instructions: Our dahl comes in an oven safe home compostable container. Simply discard the lid and pop in the oven for 10 mins on 100 degrees to thaw and cook for a further 10 minutes on 180 degrees. Add a drizzle of coconut cream or a dollop of yoghurt to serve.
Disposing of packaging: Once you've licked the packaging clean you can simply tear it up and pop it into your home compost or dispose of in the bin. (Please don't compost the sticker on the lid).

Click and collect available from our kitchen in Brookvale. Simply make your purchase, then send through an email saying you'd like to pick up from our kitchen and we'll refund your delivery fee.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY BOX IS DUE TO ARRIVE:
You will receive a text the night before it is delivered and again after it is dropped on your doorstep. Below is a little more info on our dispatch schedule to help you understand when your box is due to arrive.
We pick and pack three times a week. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. To make the pick and pack day, your order will need to be in the day before by 9am. You can expect your box to arrive 1-3 days after the pick and pack day.
We work with a third party delivery team, and there is little wiggle room with this schedule. We simply can't enter orders into the system after these times.
Our boxes are all insulated and can be left for a small amount of time on your doorstep for those who aren't home when their box arrives. 🥰💚
