Our vegetarian Lentil Cottage Pie replaces the classic beef mince with sautéed green lentils. Topped with organic sweet potato mash and baked with a sprinkling of cheese for extra deliciousness.
Serving suggestion: Serve with buttery peas and carrots and a fresh garden salad.
Our Vegetarian cottage pie is a full meal and serves 2 people, but you could certainly stretch this out if a friend happen to pop by and you felt like being generous. :)
Cooking instructions: Our pies come in an oven safe home compostable container. Simply discard the lid and pop in the oven for 15 mins on 100 degrees to thaw and cook for a further 20 minutes on 180 degrees. We have already sprinkled organic cheese on top but go ahead and add more if you wish and and grill for an extra five minutes just before serving.
Disposing of packaging: Once you've licked the packaging clean you can simply tear it up and pop it into your home compost or dispose of in the bin. (Please don't compost the sticker on the lid).

NEWCASTLE, WOOLONGONG & CENTRAL COAST - Order must be in before Wednesday PM for delivery Friday.
BLUE MOUNTAINS - Order must be in before Wednesday (week prior) for Monday delivery.
VICTORIA, QUEENSLAND & NORTHERN RIVERS - Orders must be in before Wednesday AM for delivery by Friday.
We try our absolute best, but things don't always go according to plan. We work with a third party delivery team. If your box hasn't arrived on the day you thought it would, please reach out and we will track it down for you. Our boxes never leaved a chilled / frozen environment, so rest assured your produce will not be spoiled.
Our delivery team will send you a text or email the day before your box is due to arrive and once again when it has landed on your doorstep.
