Join us for an easy to follow commitment to “whole foods” for one week and re-set your body and mind heading into winter. The Whole Food Embrace is, as the name suggests, an allegiance to whole foods for a week with the support of The Good Farm Shop in order to recalibrate. A reset or recalibration is often necessary to periodically remind ourselves how awesome we can feel if we embrace nutrient-dense foods whilst limiting foods that pull us down emotionally and energetically. The Whole Food Embrace is a simple reminder of how delicious real food can be, how nourishing it can be and how good one can feel on it. We have designed it to be as least confronting as possible and as hyper-convenient as possible. Tune into how you feel during and at the cessation of the 7 days, if you notice a net positive there’s always room to extend the embrace. 

When: Anytime that suits you. You buy the package and download the handbook straight away. We send the meals and you begin when when you want. Give yourself a few days to prepare and make sure you've enough room in your freezer for all the meals. 

What: We provide the staple meals and the nutritional and nurturing guidelines in the Embrace handbook. You make a commitment to nourish your body with nutrient-dense, high quality protein, high quality oils and natural foods. No sugar, no gluten, limited dairy, no alcohol… FULL flavoured whole-foods and light daily movement. 

With evergreen content, The Whole Food Embrace will arm you with nutritional information that you may refer back to whenever needed. It’s a body and mind reset, designed to lower inflammation, undo bad habits and set you on a new path to health and wellness.

Please note: Participants may find they drop weight during this week. This is not the intention of the Embrace but is likely to happen. If you do NOT want to lose weight, you can still do the Embrace, you may just need to add in some extra calories along the way, which is fine, just follow the guidelines and stick to the protocol. We have your back every step of the way.

We have created two options. One for those doing the embrace solo and one for those doing the embrace with a buddy or partner. Select Solo or Buddy.

This amount of ready meals will likely fit in the average freezer. You might like to defrost each a day or two before you plan to eat them.
